How We Support General Surgery Pathways

We work alongside NHS Trusts to enhance capacity and deliver specialist support in the following areas:

  • Post-Operative Care: Supporting Trusts with post-operative monitoring and follow-up care, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care during their recovery process. Our Specialist Nurses and Surgeons provide continuity of care, easing the pressure on Trust staff.

Our team includes experienced Consultants, General Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Nurses, and Support Staff, ensuring that all aspects of the surgical pathway are fully supported, from pre-op to post-op care.

We will work with you to identify available capacity within the department on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Next, we will collaborate with you to produce a Trust-specific operation policy that details all local policies, procedures and patient pathways.

A team of Consultants, Nurses and Support Staff will then be handpicked by us and approved by you to work in your Trust.
